Thu 25-Feb-2010 12:15 GMT: All sites are operational again, we are investigating the cause of this problem. Thu 25-Feb-2010 11:55 GMT: We are currently experiencing major performance issues on a customer web server that is causing some websites to timeout. Wed 24-Feb-2010 13:45 GMT: Service has been restored. We are currently investigating the cause of the fault in more detail. Wed 24-Feb-2010 12:45 GMT: An issue with the customer web server is denying service to many customer websites. We are investigating. Sun 21-Feb-2010 18:40 GMT: All customer websites are now availible again. Significant elements of the Sensical.net Control Panel are not available (including user/password management and reseller tools). Fri 19-Feb-2010 02:00 GMT: Due to malicious 3rd party action, a number of customer websites were compromised and had to be temporarily taken offline. We apologise for the lack of service during this period, further updates follow. |
