We will start creating a new email profile - to separate your new Sensical HEX account from any existing email configuration you might have. First go to the Windows® Control Panel by clicking on the Start button then selecting Control Panel. Then click on the User Accounts or User Accounts and Family Safety section. Then double-click on the Mail icon as shown below.

The Mail Profiles window will appear as per the picture below. Click on the Add... button.

The New Profile window will appear as per the picture below. Type in any name for your new mail profile and click OK.

The Add New Email Account window will appear as per the picture below. You should complete your name, full email address and password and then click Next >.

The following window will appear and your PC will start searching for correct email account settings. The search process can take up to 5 minutes.

During the search process you may be asked to allow this website to configure your server settings. As per the picture below you should tick the Don't ask me about this website again box and click the Allow button.

In the final stage of the search process you may be asked to confirm your User name and Password as per the picture below. If this window appears, enter your full email address in the User name field and your Sensical.net password in the Password field, tick the Remember my password box and click OK.

When the search process is complete you will see 3 green ticks as per the picture below. Click on the Finish button.

You should now make your new profile the default. As per the picture below, click the Always use this profile option and select your new profile in the drop-down box at the bottom, then click OK. You can close the Control Panel application now if it is still open.

You can now start Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2007. The first time you start you may be asked to confirm your User name and Password as per the picture below. If this window appears, enter your full email address in the User name field and your Sensical.net password in the Password field, tick the Remember my password box and click OK.

Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2007 is now fully setup to use your Sensical HEX account.
By default, when you compose a new email in Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2007, the email will be sent from your primary email address. If you only have one email address or identity this is fine. However, if you want to send email using different identities, then you will need to enter the email address of the identity you want to use in the From line of the new email each time. In this example, we show how to send email on behalf of a shared identity called Company Info <info@mycompany.com>.
First start a new email as usual. Then, as per the picture below, ensure the From box is shown by clicking on the Options ribbon and then the Show From button.
Then type in the email address of the identity you want to use in the From box - in this case info@mycompany.com.

Then click the Message ribbon and then click the Check Names button as per the picture below. The identity will be shown as resolved by being underlined. You can then compose the rest of your email as usual by selecting a recipient, entering an email title and body and clicking the Send button.
