Sun 15th August 2010 04:15 BST: All services are now operating normally. Sat 14th August 2010 23:25 BST: Due to scheduled power maintenance at one of our data centres, email relay services and mail scanner services may be partially affected. The potential impact will last until 04:00 BST. Customers who are unable to send email via relay.sensical.net should update their email configuration to send email via relay2.sensical.net for the period of this maintenance. Mail Scanner customers who only use the single smart host, mso1.sensical.net, for outgoing email will not be able to send outgoing email during this period. To avoid this, please configure your mail server to send email via mso2.sensical.net as well as or in addition to mso1.sensical.net. Mail Scanner customers who only accept incoming email from the 79.99.64.x range will not be able to receive email during this period. To avoid this, please configure your mail server to accept email from 84.45.19.160/27 in addition. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this scheduled power maintenance. |
